Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, you and I will work collaboratively to decrease your symptoms and improve quality of life. Using talk therapy, stress management, EMDR, and trauma informed techniques, you can begin to heal the traumas, past and present, that impact your daily life. As your therapist, I will use psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and EMDR therapies to help you reach your therapeutic goals.
